Several reasons why people die while exercising in gyms

People die while exercising in gyms due to several reasons which are too vigorous exercise, less sleep, and working out empty stomach. People have mild deposits in their blood circulation system which are not considered blockage. If one does vigorous exercise suddenly then there are chances of detachment & causing a heart attack.  If one has less sleep, then also chances of heart attack increase.

By Regularity in Gym

Even regular gym goers can have a heart attack or cardiac arrest if they do not eat something before the gym or they have less sleep. Regular sleep of 8 hours is recommended. You may eat two bananas before going to the gym or traditional roti sabji or milk with bread etc.

Recent Death of TV Actor

The recent death of TV Actor Siddhaanth Vir Surryavanshi, Raju Srivastava & Karnataka actor Puneeth Rajkumar died doing gym or soon after. There have been several such deaths though only the deaths of celebrities are highlighted. A doctor in Delhi died of cardiac arrest while practicing for a marathon.

Other Celebrities Who Died

Other celebrities who died due to a workout are Sagar Pandey who used to do body double for a famous actor, Deepesh Bhan who played the role of Malkhan in Bhabhi Ji Ghar Par Hain, Abir Goswami in Mumbai.

Shall We Stop Exercising?

One may think, shall we stop exercising? No, it’s not like this. You do exercise regularly but do not do it in abundance. Slowly you can increase the duration. Your gym trainer shall have good knowledge of how much to train, precautions to be taken, etc. Always warm up before proceeding to exercise. You may walk slowly for 5-10 minutes before running. Cool down after doing the workout. Drink adequate water, and consult a doctor if you have any medical problem who can tell you how much to exercise.

How do you come to know that you have done enough & not exceed? If you feel sudden pain in your head, feel breathlessness, dizziness, vomiting feeling, or any of the following things then you shall stop exercising.

The buildup of Lactic Acid

The buildup of Lactic Acid also causes death in people doing Marathons. Other factors which increase the chances of cardiac arrest are an increase in body heat up, dehydration, emotional factors, etc.
