Fake cancer medicine was being made under the guise of making food supplements on Badshahi Road in Ganaur, Sonipat, Haryana. The factory was running here for about five and a half years. The Delhi Crime Branch team has arrested the factory owner Ramkumar from Gannaur. Many MBBS doctors and engineers have also been arrested in this case.
According to the information, while making food supplements, the accused joined the gang selling spurious medicines for cancer and started preparing medicines for them. When the Delhi Crime Branch team disclosed the matter, the officials also took the samples and sealed the factory. Along with this, the Ayurvedic officer has canceled the license of the factory. It has been told that the license has been canceled due to the non-availability of records.
The team of the Delhi Crime Branch and the team of officers of Ghaziabad, Noida, and Bulandshahr of the Drug Department caught the factory making fake cancer medicine. Here the work of stocking and manufacturing medicines was being done without a license. The team then raided Gannaur and arrested the owner Ramkumar from RDM Biotech Company located at Badshahi Road. He set up this factory in the year 2016. For this, a license was taken from the Central Drugs Standard Control Organisation. Not only this, but in the year 2020, he had also taken the license to make indigenous medicine from the District Ayurvedic Officer’s office. इसके अलावा इनके पास से दवाइयां, रसायन और करोड़ों की संपत्ति बनाने में इस्तेमाल होने वाली महंगी मशीनें भी मिली हैं| यादव ने बताया कि इसका मास्टर माइंड एमबीबीएस डॉ. पवित्र नारायण प्रधान है। दिल्ली क्राइम ब्रांच की टीम ने मामले का खुलासा किया तो अधिकारियों ने भी सैंपल लिए और फैक्ट्री को सील कर दिया। साथ ही आयुर्वेदिक अधिकारी ने फैक्ट्री का लाइसेंस रद्द कर दिया है।
