Powdered Surgeon’s Glove, Powdered Examination Gloves & Absorbable Powder used to lubricate gloves have been banned in USA w.e.f. 18th January 2017. These devices could cause illness or risk to health to doctor as well as patient.
Non powdered gloves gave same performance therefore there was no need to put people under health risk due to powdered gloves.
