Chanel CEO and Former Lancome Creative Director Honored in New Year Awards

Prominent leaders in the cosmetics sector have been acknowledged in His Majesty The King’s annual New Year’s Honours list for 2025. Among the celebrated figures are the Global CEO of Chanel, a past Creative Director of Lancome, and the Director General of the CTPA.

Leena Nair, who serves as the Global CEO for Chanel and previously held the role of Global Chief Human Resources Officer at Unilever, has received a CBE for her contributions to the retail and consumer sectors.

Emma Louise Meredith, taking on the role of Director General at The Cosmetic, Toiletry and Perfumery Association, has been honored for her impact on business and consumer relations.

Lisa Eldridge, who was the Global Creative Director for Lancome, has been granted the Companions of Honour title for her significant influence on the cosmetics and fashion sectors.
