Eternis Fine Chemicals has made public its acquisition of Sharon Personal Care, although the financial aspects of the transaction remain confidential. Sharon Personal Care will continue its operations under its existing name but will adopt a refreshed identity highlighting Eternis’ influence. Both divisions will continue to serve their respective markets, a move that allows Eternis to expand its portfolio into the flourishing personal care industry. According to Eternis CEO, Wilfrid Gambade, this acquisition of a robust player in the high-end personal care sector strengthens their market position significantly. “With this strategic move, we solidify our presence in Europe and the US, enabling us to offer an enriched product range directly from our facilities, distribution centers, and offices across these regions,” Gambade stated.
