Fujifilm India Introduces Cutting-Edge Colon Endoscopy Simulator Mikoto

Leading the forefront of medical technology, Fujifilm India has introduced the mikoto Colon Model, a groundbreaking simulation system for endoscopy training. This sophisticated medical training tool aims to transform the learning process in the field of endoscopy.

Compact and highly portable, the simulator integrates cutting-edge sensor technology with artificial intelligence, delivering lifelike feedback, assessing procedures, and grading performance. It supports practitioners of different experience levels in learning at their own pace, enhancing skill development, bolstering confidence, and ensuring accuracy in clinical practice. This technological advancement is poised to result in better patient care and elevate the standards of endoscopic treatment.

The product was launched during the Indian Association of Gastrointestinal Endosurgeons (IAGES) Prof Dr B Krishna Rau Simulation Training Programme, a practical endoscopy workshop held in Chennai.

Prof Masashi Fujii, CEO of R Zero Inc., Japan, emphasized the importance of this new technology, stating: “The mikoto Colon Model signifies a significant progress in medical training.
