Holland & Barrett (H&B) has embarked on an innovative collaboration with Ocado Retail, marking a significant move as they become the first major high street retailer, excluding part-owner M&S, to offer their own-label products on Ocado’s digital platform.
This strategic collaboration is designed to offer Ocado customers a selection of Holland & Barrett’s curated products, catering to diverse health needs such as vitamins, gut health supplements, and sports nutrition.
Emphasizing the collaboration’s advantages, Amit Chitnis, Ocado’s Chief Commercial Officer, stated that this initiative provides a convenient platform for consumers to fulfill their wellness requirements, “from apples to ashwagandha.” Holland & Barrett’s CEO extended on this, describing the partnership as the initial move in a strategic alliance, perfectly aligning with their aim to be the premier choice for wellness products and solutions.
