Brand Evolution

This acquisition serves as a pivotal phase for Decléor, renowned for its aromatherapy products since the 1970s, and Saint-Gervais Mont Blanc, known for its dermocosmetics lineage deeply connected with the Alpline spa of the same name. Lesieur, in his role as Cospal’s president, brings a historic bond with Decléor—his father initially purchased it during the 1980s before Shiseido took over. L’Oréal incorporated Decléor into its suite of brands following a significant €230 million acquisition in 2014.
