Meanwhile, the company disclosed that Sara Levinson will not pursue reelection at the 2025 Annual Meeting of Shareholders, aligning with the board’s age-related retirement policy. Levinson has contributed to the organization since 2004 through her roles on the Compensation & Management Development Committee and the Nominating & Corporate Governance Committee.
