This forward-thinking initiative elevates patient safety benchmarks by utilizing advanced AI solutions to deliver precise care, anticipate necessary interventions, and achieve exceptional clinical results. The program includes an AI-driven patient surveillance system that tracks patients’ health continuously and detects early signs of potential complications. It also highlights critical and severe cases, alerting emergency teams instantly for prompt action, thereby facilitating timely and life-saving responses.
Currently operational at Sahyadri’s units in Hadapsar and Deccan, the Command Centre is set to expand to all Sahyadri Hospitals within the next six months, ensuring a smooth integration of this transformative technology throughout the network.

The initiative outfits non-ICU ward beds with Dozee’s advanced Remote Monitoring System (RMS) and Early Warning System (EWS), enabling ongoing real-time tracking of key indicators such as heart rate, respiratory rate, blood pressure, oxygen saturation, temperature, and ECG. Dozee’s EWS monitors the trends in vital parameters and sends alerts to healthcare providers for early recognition of potential patient decline, allowing timely medical responses. Utilizing AI-based Ballistocardiography (BCG) for contactless monitoring, Dozee’s technology is patented and manufactured in India, significantly enhancing patient safety, clinical outcomes, and operational effectiveness. A significant study published in Frontiers in Medical Technology indicated that Dozee’s AI-enhanced Early Warning System (EWS) can predict patient deterioration up to 16 hours ahead, giving healthcare professionals crucial time for early intervention.
